They consistently do not care about their employees. There is super high turn over which make everyone else have to work double the hours to keep up. They do not have competitive pay. On top of that, they claim to have issues with the commission plans and in my 2.5 yrs here, I have never received pay for it. They say they are looking into it but nothing ever changes. On top of this, they expect you to work endless hours. There is also no one to talk about it with since managers are so swamped they can not even meet for 1:1s.
