Pros
Great salary, great office environment and set-up, generous benefits for development and fantastic vacation flexibility
Cons
The company is very US-dominated. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but as it acts as an international company, it isn't actually true in practice. The leadership spouts big, ambitious goals; but there is a lack of concrete ways in achieving this. Ultimately, when it comes time to pay the piper, the employees are the cannon-fodder that pay the price in their mental health. There is a lot of frustration in working and many people seem to just be "getting by", which is a real shame considering how incredible the aim of the company is. This company has so much potential but unfortunately potential alone doesn't lead to financial security and long-term business success
