Interesting projects with a diverse customer base Pockets of knowledge workers that think strategically Corporate systems in place to make work easier, like single sign on and password managers
Cons
No focus or discipline within many teams which leads to distractions and pet science projects that customers are largely uninterested in purchasing Groups of favorites and cliques that allow rampant hypocrisy and unfair treatment of others Lack of diversity and focus on programs for sustainability and corporate footprint Burned out and tired workforce that went through multiple reductions, but still tasked with the same or increased workloads
