Thank you for the feedback. It is a challenging environment at times and we are doing some great things for our clients and team. What I enjoy most is seeing the collaboration of our teams across the country and how generous people are with their time and knowledge overall. We work hard to have people available that you can lean on in a pinch. As we have grown there are certain areas of our business that have needed to mature. One thing we implemented earlier this year was a new automated review system. Our employee handbook states that an employee should expect a formal review on or about every 12 months after hire.
