Pros
I was supporting a government contract and one of the reasons I came to Planet was because they have a reputation for not being a "staffing firm" and hiring the individual to fit in with the team atmosphere. It was a message I had heard time and again. Unfortunately, after several years, the project I was supporting did end. They worked very hard for weeks to get me assigned to another project and also had opportunities in other geographies. I wanted to stay local and it just did not work out. What they did do though was help to find me a position with another firm. That kind of caring just doesn't exist out there these days.
Cons
It was a good experience and I would work with Planet again.
