Pros
Use of leading Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, SQL Server 2012 R2, and Office 365. Favors their employees and promotes employee feedback. CEO is very approachable. Social aspect is great, including monthly dinner, lunch, bowling, and other events. PT tries to attend as many SPC events as possible and encourages blogging and tweeting on a personal level. Flexible schedule, as long as your client(s) doesn't have more rigid expectations.
Cons
A lot of reinventing the wheel in their custom software solutions because different verticals do not communicate effectively. Salary reviews and bonuses promised and always come through, but sometimes require reminders.
