Pros

I've been a full time employee here for many years and one of the reasons I've stayed so long is because of the company's loyalty to their employees and will to promote from within the company. They recognize intelligence, drive, ability and I wouldn't still be here almost 10 years later if I hadn't been given the opportunities to advance and grow my career. It's also a pretty exciting place to work. Company is growing and we're innovating the web to print space in both mobile and web. President & CEO are appreciative of their employees and like to share these milestones with them which makes you feel like your hard work is being recognized.

Cons

The company is dispersed into different departments in different offices. It's hard to get to know the people you work with outside of your direct department or who are physically located nearby. Holidays can be a bit stressful since it's our busiest time of year.

Thank you so much for the great feedback. We understand the challenges of different offices and are working on ways to improve communication and interaction throughout the spaces. And yes, the holidays are our busiest time of year but we hope the work-life balance throughout the rest of the year make up for it. Thanks again for your valuable input!

Pros

Compensation is competitive but not many other pros

Cons

The compensation helps offset some of these concerns but it does not fully make up for the overall impact of the concerns below: If work-life balance is important to you be sure to ask detailed questions during the interview process and get specific answers. In my experience the reality of the workload has been very different from what was presented during recruiting. Working late nights multiple times per week is very common and is more so an expectation than an exception. The PTO policy is also below what many companies offer. You start with being able to accrue 10 days per year. You accrue 1 more day per year until you hit 15 days with 5+ years of service. Communication from leadership is inconsistent. Information is often shared late incompletely or not at all. Management structure is another challenge. Regular communication with supervisors can be difficult to maintain. Scheduled meetings are frequently postponed or cancelled creating confusion around priorities and leaves employees without the support needed for success. Not much room for career growth. You will gain skills in your area but you will not move up the company ladder very easily.
