      Good for learning new opportunities. People are good to talk

      Cons

      Conservative environment, work infrastructure was not good, Taxes were deducted from my compensation however company had not paid my taxes -please beware

      Young company in the insurance vertical

      Cons

      - Callousness of management in terms of compensation based on merit/background etc. - No recognition - No growth prospects - FINANCIAL ISSUES WITH THE COMPANY (expenses never paid on time, salary issues) - Unresponsive to emails - No HR function (run as a one man show) - Mis representing the product to client
