      Pros

      - If you prove once they will allow you to speak. - they will give average hike to everyone(performance is matter some times)

      Cons

      -they can only create rules but they would not follow those rules -they will postpone many times appraisal and other procedures

      Young company in the insurance vertical

      Cons

      - Callousness of management in terms of compensation based on merit/background etc. - No recognition - No growth prospects - FINANCIAL ISSUES WITH THE COMPANY (expenses never paid on time, salary issues) - Unresponsive to emails - No HR function (run as a one man show) - Mis representing the product to client
