Pros

Supportive and understanding place (some time).

Cons

It’s very much a scene from high school (super cliques rule). All the managers have been friends for a while so they don’t embrace feedback (but they will drown you in it). If you have a complaint about someone keep it to yourself because it will mostly like come back on you if your not in the “in” group. Managers are big on saying “do something because I said it, not because it’s right” which is fine but don’t say that’s not your environment if it is. Bottom line drink the kool-aid, suck up and don’t complain and you will succeed. If you bring any new ideas that are against the norm or have any issues with a long time person your in trouble! Everyone (expect people on special work arrangements) is required to work 9.5-11/hr days since you HAVE to work 2300-2500 in one year (this is tracked).
