Pros
The people that work there are generally pretty darn good hard working people. The experience is fantastic (i.e. it is a great stepping stone.) The "We care" motto is largely true.
Cons
The "We care" motto is in some ways not entirely true. They talk about work/life balance, and promised a certain amount of work 50-60 hours during busy season and never more than 40 in the summer. But when things got busy, I worked more than a couple weekends in the summer. Also, their "reward" for good work is more work. Which is actually good in a way.
