-Team partner did not listen to the staff and took her own interests above anyone else’s. Terrible boss to have and she shouldn’t even have a team in the first place as she’s unable listen or comprehend anything. -Zero work life balance, the firm loves to throw this term around. It is a straight up lie. Working an average of 50 hours a week throughout the year is not work life balance. I see partners/managers/seniors online at 10pm and later some nights. Super sad -Expect there to be little work as a staff consistently throughout the year, but also expect the partners to be on you 24/7 wanting improvement, but you’re not scheduled on any jobs because they hired too many people. So how can you actually improve? Yeah makes a ton of sense. -Years of stress I will not get back from this place. They treat you like a number just like any other big accounting firm. Stay far away from this place.
