Plasco ID is always striving to improve and we take all feedback very seriously. We firmly believe in an “open door” approach, where everyone feels that they can openly and honestly express and provide their ideas, recommendations and concerns to anyone in management, including walking into the office of the senior management team all the way up to the CEO. We hope that before your departure you had the opportunity to express your feelings to management to make sure we learned from your specific input. Addressing your specific concerns, while we do have some tenured managers, more than half of our executive and management team has been hired within the last 3-5 years, as we continue to add resources that bring new capabilities and fresh perspective. We are constantly updating both our internal and customer-facing technology as we continue to provide innovative solutions to our customers, which is our top priority as the industry leader in our market. Over the past year, our HR department has implemented various changes, including an employee self-service center and the recent roll out of our new Mission, Vision, and Core values in an effort to further deliver on our cultural goals. Further, we have monthly employee events at all our facilities as a form of recognition and employee appreciation. Recent events have included food trucks, parties, happy hours, and metric-driven bonus programs. We also have more formal recognition and incentive programs across all divisions of the organization. Given our commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction, we were surprised to read your perception of Plasco as being an undesirable place to work. We take great pride in having a happy and motivated workforce that cares for each other like family.
