Pros
Great for management. If you're management you get flexible hours, growth, more freedom. I would say it definitely looks enjoyable from upper level positions.
Cons
When I was let go of Placo, I felt such a sense of relief. When people get let go, they usually don't feel like a weight was lifted off their shoulders. Then I began to wonder if the reason I despised it was just me. All I can say is I agree with the reviews. I really don't want to go into it, bashing, writing and reliving everything I didn't enjoy. I want to put that behind me. All I can say is that the environment made me a different person who I did not like, and I would bring that home with me. After I left my whole attitude, confidence, and happiness did a full 180. That could just be me though.
