Poor Sr. management. The company has high revenue year after year and does not make a profit. The Sr. management delivers the message "we are all in it" to make people work hard but the message is not true: They will lay people off so they can keep their fatty salaries when they could find other solutions such as temporary equal % pay cuts. Poor communication with customer sometimes made the co. loose business.
