Good experience and coworkers, uncaring management - Process Engineer Plasma-Therm Employee Review

Job retention was pretty low with nearly everyone working in my department, when I was hired, having left after a year or so. Pay was also lower than industry standard and discussions for pay raises or promotions taking 6+ months (after being employed for a year) for myself and a few other colleagues. While the work itself was engaging in general many people did not feel valued in their roles and ended up leaving for other companies.
