Pros
1. The technology is really good. I speak with customers often and they are enthusiastic and have seen real value with the product. 2. Leadership team knows what they don't know and isn't afraid to ask for help. They are very smart, but also humble, which is a great combination at a start-up. They also empower their employees to make their own decisions which is refreshing. 3. The people are great. You want to work with smart and fun people and you will find that at Platform9. 4. Really cool perks - snacks in the office, lunches a couple of days a week, and more! 5. Very open communication - we have company meetings, roadmap reviews, etc. which are open to the entire company.
Cons
1. We are growing really fast so that comes along with its typical pains. 2. It is a startup so there is always too much to do.
