Pros
The company has tremendous sales leadership, sales reps, and terrific inside support staff. The product is well built and is becoming more innovative. They pay their people well for good performance.
Cons
The company is going through some interruption in its management which is causing some chain of command issues. They CEO will pinch pennies at times which causes some friction. Very slow to market on new innovation.
