Pros
- Was able to essentially create a full time position for myself with responsibilities that another company may not offer me. - Awesome co-workers.... enjoyed going to work every day - We were treated like adults, allowed to work from home whenever necessary. Just get your work done at a high level, and everyone is happy - Great opportunities to travel to SF, London, and/or Tokyo
Cons
- Sony is too big of an organization. Getting things done can take painstakingly long. - HR wouldn't budge on intern compensation. - In the beginning we got all kinds of perks (Free lunches, office parties, etc) but these went away with our new budget.
