Pros

I can't think of one PRO for working here. Low pay and poor treatment.

Cons

This is an Italian family company so unless you share the owners last name you won't be paid fair, promoted or treated well. You have to be related to the owners or married to someone in this family for them to listen to you, care about you or promote in this company.

Pros

This role can be a solid starting point if you’re looking to break into facilities management or gain experience in a startup-style environment. You’re exposed to a wide range of responsibilities and can learn the basics quickly, which helps build a foundation early in your career.

Cons

The role wasn’t the right fit for me long term. Expectations could feel unclear, and the workload was often heavier than expected without much structure or support. As a family-owned company, it sometimes felt like decisions and priorities were focused more on the family than on employees outside of it. Decision-making often took a long time, which slowed progress and made it difficult to move projects forward. There were also too many managers onsite, leading to overlapping responsibilities, mixed messages, and inefficiencies. At times, the work environment felt toxic and stale, which made it hard to stay motivated.
