Pros

Company stability is good and benefits and everything are pretty good as well, if you can manage to stick around long enough to actually benefit from them.

Cons

Very poor retention and extremely high turnover due to lack of adequate and consistent training. Very low pay with expectations of high-volume output in often stressful situations. The expectation is to drive high income, yet compensation doesn't meet expectations.

Pros

This role can be a solid starting point if you’re looking to break into facilities management or gain experience in a startup-style environment. You’re exposed to a wide range of responsibilities and can learn the basics quickly, which helps build a foundation early in your career.

Cons

The role wasn’t the right fit for me long term. Expectations could feel unclear, and the workload was often heavier than expected without much structure or support. As a family-owned company, it sometimes felt like decisions and priorities were focused more on the family than on employees outside of it. Decision-making often took a long time, which slowed progress and made it difficult to move projects forward. There were also too many managers onsite, leading to overlapping responsibilities, mixed messages, and inefficiencies. At times, the work environment felt toxic and stale, which made it hard to stay motivated.
