Plexus Worldwide is a fast-paced place to build solid customer service and support experience, and many supervisors and team members are helpful. The tools and systems used are modern, and the work can be good for developing communication and problem-solving skills.

Cons

However, the company structure changes often, and new hires are sometimes let go within a short period. A large portion of the support team is third-party, which leads to inconsistent communication and processes. There’s also limited communication between departments, and resolving issues outside your own team usually requires going through a supervisor—often causing long delays and frustrated customers. Overall, a decent place to gain experience, but the constant changes and communication gaps can make it challenging.

Below average annual pay which is supposed to be offset by quarterly bonus.
