Pros
The only thing this company has to offer at this point is quarterly bonuses; however, they have decreased 10% in 2019 and most likely will continue shrinking indefinitely.
Cons
1. Unfair, extreme micromanagement; 2. CSRs were given an entire additional job after a department was eliminated and given zero extra compensation; 3. Computer systems are inefficient & CSRs have to make up for it by doing a tremendous amount of data entry extra work; 4. Productivity requirements are illogical and unfair; 5. work environment is toxic and oppressive; 6. there is absolutely ZERO ROOM FOR GROWTH or any type of development. The reason they are hiring me CSRs now (January 2020) it's because so many are leaving because they no longer could tolerate working in that environment, and many had been there for years. There is no fun or joy in the job. You will be treated like an expendable robot who is only as good as your last productivity result.
