There is a lot of favoritism at this company, especially if you are part of a devout group that is heavily based out of Gilbert. There is little room for growth unless you are part of the aforementioned group or drink the kool aid. Good employees have been let go or laid off to make room for unqualified friends of the current executive group. There were recently a lot of lay offs at the company (and they are still going on). The company has been laying off a few people every week or so in hopes that no one notices, and doesn't acknowledge that its conducting layoffs. Good employees and long-term employees have been laid off with no justification. The company is VERY top heavy with directors, and those who are below the director level are most likely to get laid off, leaving more work for less people and no additional support. HR is very toxic and does not care about the employees. The maternity leave is sub-par and reflects the sexist culture.
