Pros
Company is growing and seems to be financially stable.
Cons
This company has old school leadership and is forcing folks back into the office from work from home which has caused a lot of turnover for tenured people over the last few weeks. It is a my way or the highway mentality with them. Middle management is a meat grinder and there seems to be a lot of turnover. It seems like no one really owns their work and processes and procedures are very messy and no one really seems to care. This could just be because leadership doesn't seem to stick around long enough to get anything solid in place. They have a weird business model that relies more on appeasing the Ambassadors than selling good or large volume of product. They make their money off generating buzz and creating artificial scarcity of product which can be a weird way to work if you are used to more traditional business models. HR is very inconsistent and tough to work with. They were some of the most unprofessional HR folks I've dealt with in my career. In summary, this is an odd meat grinder of a company and I would steer clear if you are looking at the marketing or IT side.
