Not Great - Anonymous employee Plexus Worldwide Employee Review

Compensation is below market rate, something executive leadership takes pride in. Worst HR department I’ve worked with in my career. Owners are out of their league now with a company this size and don’t realize it. Most of the executives brought in are also not capable in their position but this is pretty typical in this industry. People go from company to company. Problems are ignored and never addressed. The good employees leave for better situations and the bad ones get promoted. Working here is a great stepping stone but know you’re underpaid and not appreciated.
