Pros
Free food, nice coworkers, quarterly bonus (but it is "built" into your salary and keeps declining), Friday raffles, fun events, free plexus products (but you need to pay tax on it)
Cons
This used to be a great work place, but severely shifted. Higher-ups are unqualified and only look out for themselves. The people who weasel their way up for promotions are not qualified either, they just know how to work the system where the higher-ups love them, but all the people that would work FOR them hate them. Mostly all the managers pretend like they care about your career development, but they're only focused on climbing their personal career ladder. HR managers only look out for the other managers and the company, not the employees. If you bring anything to their attention, they make the matter worse and more uncomfortable. HR does not feel like a safe space.
