Pros
The pay was ok and the profit sharing was nice but shrieked over 50% in the two years I worked there.
Cons
Increasingly poor management. One lead (that happened to be friends with a higher up) was hired on as lead over someone that was well liked and worked here for over five years excelling at their jobs. Management will constantly talk down to employees. We were forced to work with chemicals with no safety training or materials, when we told them we were getting headaches and drowsiness from the chemicals we were told to continue working. Many members of staff are homophobic/Transphobic creating a hostile workplace for many workers (we were scared to come out). Finally me and a few other employees were debating starting a union and magically within 2 weeks all of us were fired.
