Pros

Hybrid model Close to Starbucks Free fruit

Cons

This used to be a good company to work for. It went from a happy and healthy company to a very sad and unhealthy place to work. Since leadership changed, there have been several layoffs, and has became a very stressful place to work. This was not only because of layoffs, but also because of the very demanding and micro management style of the new management team. You are not allowed to ask questions, use your creativity and skills or explore new ideas. No wonder sales are bad. Flexibility, a trusting environment and family comes first were one of the main pros. All that changed in a matter of a few months. Today, there is no loyalty to employees, department heads don’t respect you, and current employees have to walk on eggshells on a daily basis. People are opting to leave on their own rather than to keep working in this type of environment. You will never attract quality and loyal employees the way you treat employees today.
