Lack of trust, micromanaged, bullying with instilling fear to make decisions, no career path growth opportunities for ICs, very poor communication from leaders to individual contributors. Executives dictate what they want to happen without listening to the experts they have hired. Very reactive environment to what the distributors want at any given moment and no real forecasting of sales or marketing efforts.
