Pros
Independent contractor who work Under the Plexus banner do very well. Perks are great and Corporate treats them VERY well (they are the ones who sell the product and make the money for the company, so, they should). If it weren't for people being sooo enthusiastic about the product, the company would be belly up.
Cons
Working FOR Plexus as an employee is a total nightmare. No leadership, definitely have the wrong people placed in leading roles. VERY few people are qualified for their positions.....you have directors and Sr managers who never graduated from High School and won't/didn't take advise from people who were trained with track records, on VITAL aspects of the company. From the outside looking in (Distributors/Ambassadors) it looks great, but that company is successful for who knows what reason, definitely not because of planning and foresight.
