Pros

Make my own hrs get to be with friends and it's fun I get to meet a lot of people that get a big smile once we arrive

Cons

Doesn't pay well on call sometime always on call and I'm usually the one setting up and tearing down equipment

Below average annual pay which is supposed to be offset by quarterly bonus.
