Pros

The people, the benefits, and the new building are the best parts of working at PWW. There is a raffle every Friday but the added more people but don't call more names and the same people seem to win every week. They also bring some food in now and then.

Cons

Literally no one knows what is going on. There are never answers to questions, there was a system change in Oct and still hasn't been fixed, it is now mid March. The phone calls get abusive and you have to take them, you cant pass them to a supervisor. Favoritism is high. Unless you are liked you will probably get fired, or they will try to get you to quit.

Lots of good benefits including discount portal and a raffle every Friday.

Cons

Below average annual pay which is supposed to be offset by quarterly bonus.
