Pros
Working hours are good, 8 am to 5 pm with an hour long lunch plus two 10-minute breaks. If you work on the west coast team you get later hours (9 am-6 pm). Beer fridays are fun. Lots of available performance incentives and bonus packages. They have a good health insurance plan as well.
Cons
This is a sales job that is 100 percent business to business telemarketing and cold calling. They don't mention this in the job description however. If you have a tech background you will not be using any technical skills as the tech stuff is left to the product engineers. They have daily quotas for calls and minutes which are doable, but very annoying to reach. It feels like busy work. If you spend a whole day calling and nobody picks up the phone you won't make your minutes. Management isn't supportive when this happens despite it being out of your control.
