Pros
You don't need a background in tech to get started here (but beware you're going to need to study!). This place is a fantastic resume builder that I won't soon forget. The opportunity I was given here to grow and gain experience meant a lot to me as a 20 something struggling to enter the work force. If you put in the time and effort you will see success, and management and co-workers are always there to lend strong moral support and tips/tricks. Also, bonuses are a great incentive to work hard. Company culture is a big focus so there are plenty of events to bond with your co-workers. I loved the people, and if I had been interested in staying in the IT field, I would've stayed longer.
Cons
-The job can be tedious - it is cold calling, after all. It can be hard to stay focused and stay motivated when nobody is answering the phone or you fumble a call. -Because it is a young work force on the floor mainly, the rumor mill can be troubling and cause friction between people. -Management can be unhelpful when sought out for help with conflict regarding business matters, and instead make you feel like you have nobody to talk to.
