Pros

Good money, decent management but changes regularly, free meals if you close.

Cons

Late hours, close at midnight sometimes out at almost 2. Hard to cross train, management can be unorganized and need to ask many times for issues to be resolved. Pay heavily relies on tips, need to get promoted to make more than ~14 hourly. Sometimes understaffed for how busy it gets.

Pros

I met a lot of amazing people here, lots of friends I kept even after leaving. Most nights you make good money ( depending on the season ). Having an employee meal for each shift is nice.

Cons

When I was there there was like two good managers. Most managers played favorites and would overwork you. They always took the costumers side, so there was a lack of support there. Some customers were awful. There were seasons where no one was really making any money.
