Pros

Pay is great, you receive thorough and comprehensive training, and you receive free meals whenever you work. Management was knowledgeable. Challenging environment.

Cons

Scheduling was a huge issue. You never knew when your shift would end until you arrived, and shifts could be anywhere from five to eleven hours long. They did not honor schedule requests that were put in months in advance. Many senior employees were unfriendly toward newer employees, which led to a decrease in job satisfaction.

Pros

I met a lot of amazing people here, lots of friends I kept even after leaving. Most nights you make good money ( depending on the season ). Having an employee meal for each shift is nice.

Cons

When I was there there was like two good managers. Most managers played favorites and would overwork you. They always took the costumers side, so there was a lack of support there. Some customers were awful. There were seasons where no one was really making any money.
