Pros

Fast paced, fun environment. Who wouldn't want to watch sports all day while they work? Always busy. Very flexible with schedule, which makes attending college easier. It is very possible to be promoted with in the company.

Cons

very long hours. Management styles differ from manager to manager. You are required to do a lot of work for $2.13/hr (i.e. Clean Bathrooms, scrub kitchen drains etc.) side work takes at least an hour to do after you are cut and therefore no longer making money. It takes corporate way longer than necessary to implement promotions

Pros

I met a lot of amazing people here, lots of friends I kept even after leaving. Most nights you make good money ( depending on the season ). Having an employee meal for each shift is nice.

Cons

When I was there there was like two good managers. Most managers played favorites and would overwork you. They always took the costumers side, so there was a lack of support there. Some customers were awful. There were seasons where no one was really making any money.
