Decent Company Tech pay needs to be better for Odd shift - Production Technician Plug Power Employee Review

Pay for technicians isn’t the greatest considering you’re building, doing QC, testing the product, troubleshooting all problems after testing, and doing some mechanical maintenance in the clean room. Also my experience working an odd shift a lot of the people in higher positions such as team leads don’t know anything about the process.
