      Benefits were pretty competitive in a lot of ways. Loved the unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Ive never experienced as much change in leadership as I did with Pluralsight. Transparency is not something the do well. They hired on some buddies who have no business in this industry as executives.

      Immediate coworkers Unlimited Paid Time Off

      Cons

      New senior leadership that came in from Avantax essentially ruined the company and culture that had been built up in years prior. They took no time to understand roles within the business, just interested in making any short term cost cutting decisions that will keep them afloat. However, they have no long term strategy in mind and are constantly pivoting on a whim.
