Pros
The pay and benefits were amazing. When they brought me on it was an exciting experience. It really felt that they wanted me there.
Cons
That changed very soon after I arrived. There is no talent development. The is also a feeling of anxiety if you are a member of the LDS church. Even though the CEO has been LDS, there is a lot of antagonism toward Employees who are members of the church. Their culture is not what it claims. If they like you they like you. But when they have used you up you will be let go on an instant.
