Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear you appreciate the autonomy and great people to work for at Pluralsight. I am, however, surprised by your mention of feeling threatened to adhere to the culture. That is surely not the intent as our culture is created by every team member, and based on a strong set of values. I’d be interested to hear what’s occurred that’s having you feel this way.
