      Pros

      Great culture and also impressive conformation skills. It is not the norm to hire and onboard people during the pandemic however Pluralsight did an amazing job with creating an amazing onboarding experience for the new team members. every person I speak to is just plain nice and so damn knowledgable. not to mention people actually enjoy what they do. so great to see.

      Cons

      Start up style environment so a bit scrappy however this is not always a bad thing. Some learnings are still required and will come in due course.
