Where do I begin? Things have definitely gone downhill since some senior leaders left due to the acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Their sales organization and customer success is a joke. They don't want anyone on customer success that has sales experience, and frequently hire people for roles with no experience in that position. They recently promoted two sales reps that had no management experience to be regional directors because they knew how to play the game. Neither had any management experience and the leadership team believed because they were good sales reps they would be great managers.
