      - Unlimited PTO - No micromanaging - Full paid insurance (even family!) - Office culture is awesome - Nice offices

      Cons

      Since their growing so fast, the growing pains are starting to take its toll. But the exes and HR are doing an AMAZING job streamlining for even BIGGER growth in the future.

      Immediate coworkers Unlimited Paid Time Off

      Cons

      New senior leadership that came in from Avantax essentially ruined the company and culture that had been built up in years prior. They took no time to understand roles within the business, just interested in making any short term cost cutting decisions that will keep them afloat. However, they have no long term strategy in mind and are constantly pivoting on a whim.
