I joined for the mission, have stayed for the mission, but can’t see it anymore. The learner is rarely mentioned, being completely brushed aside to talk about enterprise, sales, and really all things money related. Since the acquisition there have really been no tangible improvements to an employee’s experience at Pluralsight. We understand that Vista would like to one day make a return on their investment, but their strategy for making that happen seems to be focused on cutting costs rather than improving the product. ESPP - gone RSU / Equity - gone Fully paid for medical premiums - gone All direct hits to an employee’s bottom line with little to no replacement in return.
