This was such an amazing company at one time. It still has a good learning culture and unlimited PTO.
Cons
When I came on all of the people who had been here before Vista Equity bought PS were leaving. They had removed a lot of benefits and replaced them with nothing, essentially cutting the pay of the people who built this company into the great machine it was. Vista Equity is continuing to cut benefits and pay without regard of the current employees. We just lost our 100% health insurance premiums and other benefits promised to us. This cuts our pay. We can't hire good talent anymore since our pay and benefits are no longer competitive. People are leaving and the new ones coming in aren't replacing the talent that was once here and this is only going to get worse.
