- lots of changes in the past few years that I don't see ending any time soon. - management has a transparency issue. There feels like a lot of "fluff" answers in company-wide meetings instead of telling it to us straight. - 100% health premium coverage has gone down to 80%. That's still better than a lot of places, however, it's been 100% for years and it was a very shocking and poorly executed transition. This has resulted in a lot of people taking massive pay cuts to fund the premiums. - Higher-ups talk ALL the time about opportunities to learn and grow, but there really aren't many. They've rolled out a DevOps academy that is still in the pilot program and needs work, yet management is singing its praise and acting like it's the biggest and best thing. It's really not. They've talked about growing your career in the company yet most coworkers I know have applied to multiple positions elsewhere in the company and get denied. After the 5+ attempts, they've given up. - Our team was micromanaged for a long time, but after some promotions, it got better. From talking with others though, it seems like there's a handful of people in positions of influence that shouldn't be there and are incompetent.
