Great extended teams, good comp., nice office location, solid mature product offering. I have met some great people here at PS.
Cons
The VC firm is busy convincing current employees that they will soon be reaping the benefits of a performance culture overhaul. Unfortunately performance improvement from their standpoint has apparently more to do with a reduction in headcount, and resources, (some of which inherently enable growth). Other observations: -Influx of benefit changes - at the expense of current frontline employee resources. -Influx of blinkered, one-dimensional managers, happy to wet down your back, while telling you "It's raining." -Lack of diverse culture, thought, toward growth initiatives. -Sales Opportunity generation focus/gamification program creation (read inflationary reporting is encouraged). Token awards given for achievement in that exercise, no corporate focus on customer conversations/client relationships and confidence.
