Pros

Unlimited PTO Some of the people here are amazing to work with

Cons

*Extremely high attrition- they are losing good people and make it very clear that they don’t care until they get hoard of complaints and decide to be reactive and focus on hiring (but not retention) *Employees are overworked and underpaid- upper leadership is extremely ego driven and out of touch *They underpay their employees, slash benefits, then spend tons of money on live in-person superspreader events, flying people out, hotels, etc. because their priority is to stroke their egos, meanwhile all their employees are drowning in work but still have to listen to their multiple day long meetings about how great the leadership and company is. *The employees are grossly underpaid. People are burned out and keep quitting, and there is almost nothing they are doing to retain employees. *They micromanage and treat you like children. They require us to log the hours we spend doing tasks all day. *Meanwhile their focus is on hiring and not retention, the current overworked employees have to take time out of their busy days to train new ones, just to get even more burned out. *Upper leadership is the enemy of productivity and fosters a toxic work culture.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. To clarify, our Total Rewards team does extensive research to ensure we are competitive with both salary and benefits. As we continue to grow and evolve (and go from public to private) we also had to evolve our offerings to ensure we remain a strong competitor for talent. We truly do encourage a culture of trust and autonomy but for that to be successful we require team members to take accountability and ownership of their work. While we do have a significant focus on hiring (both new headcount and backfills) we also know that retaining our team members is crucial. I would be happy to discuss these concerns with you and offer any support to improve your experience here. - Will
