4yThank you for taking the time to write this review. To clarify, our Total Rewards team does extensive research to ensure we are competitive with both salary and benefits. As we continue to grow and evolve (and go from public to private) we also had to evolve our offerings to ensure we remain a strong competitor for talent. We truly do encourage a culture of trust and autonomy but for that to be successful we require team members to take accountability and ownership of their work. While we do have a significant focus on hiring (both new headcount and backfills) we also know that retaining our team members is crucial.
